Ingredients

• 1 pack of Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
• 1/2 lemon, squeezed, divided into 2 servings
• Kosher salt, to taste
• 1 tsp of Italian seasoning or dried oregano
• 1 tomato, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
• mozzarella cheese, use as much or as little as you prefer
