Buttercream Cake recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 ½ cups castor sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• Add milk and oil together and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
• Add vanilla essence to milk and alternate with the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture
• 250g butter
• 500g icing sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• ¾ tablespoon milk
• Add in vanilla essence and milk
