Ingredients

• 3 ripe avocados
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 3 garlic cloves crushed
• 1/2 red onion diced* optional
• 1 tomato diced (seeds and pulp removed)
• 3/4 teaspoon cumin powder
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (I used Himalayan pink salt)
