• ½ cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt (thick)
• ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
• 2-3 whole spring onions, sliced thinly
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey
• 1 tsp (5 mL) whole grain mustard
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice

• 2 whole large English cucumbers, thinly sliced
