Hot Cross Buns Recipe

Ingredients

• 5/8 cups butter
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp dried yeast
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• t teaspoon vanilla paste
• 1 zest of lemon
• 1 zest of orange
• 1 cup of raisins or cranberries, chopped
• Apple Jelly
• 2-3 tablespoons flour and 2-3 tablespoons water
