Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped up
• 340 g bocconcini (little mozzarella balls), cut in half
• 340 g cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
• 120 ml balsamic vinegar, split up
• 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, ground
• 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 0.5 tablespoon Italian blend
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, use separately
• 5 chicken breasts, no skin or bones (about 1.1 kg)
