• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp Gelson’s ground cinnamon
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• ⅓ cup chopped pecans
• ¼ cup rolled oats
• 1 ½ cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
