• 1 1/2 cups coconut, fine shred, unsweetened
• 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
• 3 cups Rogers No Additive or All Purpose Flour
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. almond extract
