Ingredients

• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• For the Frosting: 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup butter, softened, 2-3 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, food coloring (optional)
