Ingredients

• 100 g Bread Flour
• 50 g Cake Flour (low gluten or protein flour)
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Olive Oil
• 90 ml Water
• 1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
• 80 g Teriyaki Chicken (check out our teriyaki chicken sandwich recipe or use packaged teriyaki sauce)
• 40 g Maitake Mushrooms (substitute: shiitake, shimeji or king oyster mushrooms)
• 40 g Long Green Onion (Naganegi) (cut into diagonal slices)
• Salt
• Black Pepper (coarsely ground)
• Olive Oil
• 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
• Spring Onion Leaf (chopped)
• Shichimi Chili Pepper (or sansho pepper)
• Bread Flour (for dusting)
