• 6-8 slices bread - sourdough, or any Pugliese style bread
• 16-18 Bubbies Bread & Butter Pickles - drained well Dijon mustard
• 6-8 oz of your favorite 2 cheeses
• 4 tbsp butter - room temperature
• Onion Relish: 3 sweet onions - thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp dijon mustard Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
