- 6-8 slices bread - sourdough, or any Pugliese style bread
- 16-18 Bubbies Bread & Butter Pickles - drained well
- Dijon mustard
- 6-8 oz of your favorite 2 cheeses
- 4 tbsp butter - room temperature
- Onion Relish: 3 sweet onions - thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
