• 2 tablespoons Irvine Spices Cajun Spice
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 12 scallions, white and tender green parts only, sliced on the diagonal
• 2 cups fresh button mushrooms, sliced (about 6 ounces)
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup demi-glace
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, (about 1-ounce in weight)
