• 1⁄2 cup DaVinci Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus 4 tablespoons
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

• 1 cup ricotta, whipped (optional)
