This is how i do mash, basically.

- Potatoes of course
- a spoon or 2 of butter/olive spread, whichever you use
- a couple splashes of milk
- dash of salt
- generous sprinkling of white pepper
- a good grating of nutmeg (i grate fresh, but if you want you can use powdered.)
