Spicy Sausage Baked Rice

Ingredients

• 150g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
• null 100g Anchor Cheese Slices
• 400g cooked rice
• 2 or 3 sausages (plain or flavoured)
• 1 whole onion and 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced thinly
• 3 tbsp Sambal Oelek or anything spicy
• 3 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
