• 2 pounds ground meat (1 ¼ lb ground beef - ¾ lb ground pork)
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 2 Tbsp Alchemy All American Blend
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• ½ cup milk
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
• 1 large carrot, finely diced
• 1 large stalk celery, finely diced
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 Tbsp tomato paste
• ½ cup ketchup
• ½ lb bacon strips
