The Masters Peach Ice Cream Sandwiches - Pizzazzerie

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp almond extract
• 2 48 oz cartons peach ice cream (roughly a gallon and a half of ice cream)
