Hot Chocolate Poke Cake recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• ¾ cups milk, warmed
• 2 ½ tablespoon hot chocolate
• 1 teaspoon coffee
• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 3 large eggs
• ¾ cup light sour cream
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Add hot chocolate & coffee. mix and whisk until powder is dissolved. Set aside.
• ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ¾ cup sugar
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• Add the cream in small amounts, stirring constantly until desired consistency is reached.
• 1 ¾ cups heavy whipping cream
• 4 tablespoon hot chocolate
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 2-3 tablespoon icing sugar
