Cherry Salad – True Leaf Farms

Ingredients

• 5-6 pitted cherries, frozen and cut in half
• 15 shards of Mild Cheddar cheese
• 1 Salad mix
• 10-12 Rocket leaves
• 7-8 Mint leaves
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 2-3 tsp Balsamic vinegar
• 3-4 cherries puréed
• 1 tsp Three Spice Honey from Aamra
