Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter (equivalent to 3/4 stick)
• 2 1/2 pounds of cream cheese (, at room temperature)
• 1 1/2 cups of sugar
• 5 whole extra-large eggs (, at room temperature)
• 2 extra-large egg yolks (, at room temperature)
• 1/4 cup of sour cream
• 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest (from 2 lemons)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup of red jelly (not jam) such as currant (, raspberry, or strawberry)
• 1/2 pint of sliced strawberries
• 1/2 pint of fresh raspberries
• 1/2 pint of fresh blueberries
