• 8 oz. bittersweet bar chocolate (60%), finely chopped
• 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp. each unsweetened cocoa powder and instant espresso powder
• ½ tsp. each baking soda and table salt
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup each granulated sugar and packed light brown sugar
• 1 tsp. each pure vanilla and almond extract
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
