Ingredients

• 2 long rolls cut open
• 4 tablespoon butter
• 1 small clove garlic crushed
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• Crushed black pepper
• 2 tablespoon parsley chopoed
• 2 tablespoon chives chopped
• 2 tablespoon coriander chopped
• 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
• Pinch chilli
