Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs ground venison
• 1 lb hot pork sausage
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup hot sauce
• 1/4 Worcestershire
• 2 T oregano
• 2 t seasoned salt
• 1/2 t cayenne pepper
