Ingredients

• 14oz Regal King Fresh Fillets, skin removed
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• 1/2 cup of plain flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper
• 2 cups of panko crumbs
• 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
• Rice bran oil for frying
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
• 2 teaspoons of sriracha, optional
• 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
