• 1/3 cup brown sugar ((can reduce to 1/4 cup))
• 1/4 cup soy sauce ((all purpose or light, not dark soy sauce))
• 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
• 1/2 tsp ginger, (minced)
• 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder ((Note 2))
