Crockpot Turkey Sausage & Kale Soup - VIGEO
This is hands down my favorite crockpot recipe. It's loaded with protein and veggies, and makes plenty for lunches or dinners for days to come.
Ingredients
- 5 links Italian turkey sausage (may use hot if you like it spicy)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cans cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 1 ¼ cup chicken stock
- 4 cups chopped kale
