• 5 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in half long ways and then sliced into ~1/8 inch slices
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
• ½ cup marshmallow fluff
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
