- 225 g mango or mango puree from Movito
- 120 gr Sorbet-Perfecto
- 15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 177 g sugar
- 3 g citric acid
- Mint leaves about 5g
- Optional 2,5g cremosa paste or 4g natura cremosa
- 480 g green tea (cold)
- 235 g mango or
- 260 g mango puree with 10% sugar (then omit 35g of the xylitol)
- 157 gr Perfecto-X
- 15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
- 110 g xylitol
