Ingredients

  • 2 small red onions, cut in very fine slices (1mm, a mandoline slicer works well)
  • 1 organic orange: peel and juice (about 50ml juice, thinly peel off the skin in thin stripes, they are nutritious and yum to eat)
  • 50ml White Balsamico vinegar (1 part vinegar and 1 part orange juice)
  • 1 Tablespoon All spice berries (Piment, available in Bio-Shops and Coop)
  • 1 Teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 small Avocados, pitted and flesh spooned out
  • 4 Tablespoons Connie's Kitchen VAYO
  • 15g Coriander finely chopped (incl. stems)
  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 12 Small Corn (Mais) Tortillas warmed up (available from Farmy.ch or Mexican stores). I prefer the small Tortillas made of pure Corn flour (not the wheat flour versions).
  • 2 limes quartered
