• 6 Chicken drumsticks
• 3 tsp fennel seeds crushed
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder/granules
• 1 tsp cumin seeds crushed
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 120 ml apple juice unsweetened
• 100 g brown sugar
• 100 g tomato ketchup
• 50 ml bourbon whisky
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tsp English mustard
• 1 tsp chipotle chilli paste
