Instant Pot Honey BBQ Pork Wraps Recipe

Ingredients

• ¾ cup water
• 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 18 ounces BBQ Sauce ((any kind will work))
• ½ cup Honey
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 6 tortillas (or wraps)
• coleslaw or other favorite toppings
• 3 cups shredded coleslaw mix ( (from the produce section))
• ¾ cup shredded purple cabbage
• ¾ cup shredded carrots
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• 3 Tablespoon white vinegar
• ½ teaspoon celery seed
• 1-2 Tablespoon sugar ((more or less depending on how sweet you prefer))
