• 1 cup red onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup stone ground mustard
• 4 Tbsp. dill relish
• 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
• 8 oz. cream cheese, diced into small chunks
• 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 8 oz. shredded Colby Jack cheese
• 8-10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
