Garbage Spaghetti Sauce - Idiotproof

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon Xtra virgin olive oil
• 1 lb Italian sausage mild
• 1 large red onion
• 3 cloves garlic sliced or minced
• 2 tablespoon oregano dried
• 1 tablespoon basil dried
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 cup red wine favorite leftover
• 1 can diced tomatoes 28 ounces
• 2 cans tomato soup
• 1 can tomato sauce omit if none available
• 1 handful sundried tomatoes Handful
• 1 package button mushrooms
• 1 fresh spinach bundle
• 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
• 1 cup italian cheese grated your favorite
• 1 lb pasta your choice
