New year's orange salad — Svitlana Klymovska
There is already a delicious salad recipe for the festive table on the website (link to the recipe), but I decided to prepare a modern version of the "Orange" salad for you.
Ingredients

- 1 orange
- 100 gr Korean carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 package of salad leaves
- 30 gr grated parmesan or other hard cheese with petals
- Mayonnaise sauce
- Olive oil for frying
