- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 heaped tbsp corn flour (Lamb Brand)
- 150g frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp caster sugar (Lamb Brand)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 500ml (Benna)
- 250g mascarpone or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- You will also need fresh strawberries, mint leaves and white chocolate shavings to decorate
