Savoury Rice recipe by Asma Mohamed

Ingredients

• 2 cups rice
• 1 carrot cut in to small cubes
• ½ red pepper chopped
• ½ green pepper chopped
• ½ yellow pepper chopped
• Oil for cooking
• Salt to taste (if you added salt when boiling the rice don't add more salt)
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
