• 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, plus more for dusting the pan

• 4 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
