Avocado & banana salad recipe

Ingredients

• 1 avocado, peeled and diced
• 1 banana, peeled and diced
• 1 small chilli, finely chopped
• Juice from 1/2 lime
• 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped – save some for garnish
• 2 tablespoons pistachio, toasted and chopped
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper
