• .5 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
• 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 6 bagels, split
• 1 package brick-style herbed cream cheese (6oz), softened
• 1 cup packed arugula lettuce
• 6 thinly sliced red onion rounds
• .25 cup drained capers
