Ingredients
- Apple & sago Kheer
- 1 cup apple grated
- 2 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
- ¼ cup milk
- 500 ml kheer
- Pinch of saffron
- 16 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ cup mawa/khoya
- ¼ cup chopped almonds,pistachios and cashews
- 1 teaspoon jeera water/essence
- ⅓ cup sago soaked in water.
- Add sugar and khoya/mawa to it and let it get mixed well cooked.
- Add the ground apple paste.
