• 4 cups flour – sifted
• 3 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
• 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 egg
• ½ cup warm milk
• ⅓ cup plain yoghurt
