Ingredients

• 6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
• ¼ C bourbon
• ¼ C sugar
• ¼ C brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp salt Juice from ½ lemon
• ½ C old-fashioned oats
• ½ C flour
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes
