Spicy Beans & Bangers - Bannisters Yorkshire Family Farm

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
• 2 sticks celery, chopped
• 1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 215g can chick peas, drained and rinsed
• 215g red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 400g cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• salt and pepper to taste
• 12 chipolata sausages (check packaging for allergens)
