  • 10 1/2 oz pasta
  • 7 oz mixed mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 1/2 oz celery roots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 3/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 juniper berry
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper
