Ingredients

• 1-1/2 pounds ground beef (sirloin)
• 2 tablespoons canned Chipotle peppers finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon EACH salt & pepper
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 6 medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and chilled
• 6 thin slices chorizo sausage cut to fit size of each shrimp
