• 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
• 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
• 1/8 tsp black peppercorns
• 1/8 tsp yellow mustard seeds
• 2 sprigs fresh dill
• 1 zucchini
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1oz (1/2 cup) shredded parmigiano reggiano
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
• 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
