Ingredients

• 1 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 cups Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1 3/4 cups Flour
• 1/4 cup good quality Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Mixed Spice
• 1 tsp Ground Ginger
• 400g Raw Beetroot, peeled and grated
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 Tbsp Orange Juice
