S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe | Blue Rhino

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1-1/2 Sticks Unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg, room temperature
• 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 9 rectangular crackers crushed)
• 2-1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Miniature Marshmallow Bits (basically dehydrated mini marshmallows)
• Note: Standard mini marshmallows will not work
• Additional Items:
• 2 Large Bowls
• Pizza Stone (use instead of the baking sheet and pie pan/cake pan)
• Metal Baking Sheet
• Metal Cake Pan (if you can’t grill indirectly)
• Spatula
• Plastic Wrap
