Buttered Chicken Wraps recipe by Shireen Hassim Shaik

Ingredients

• 80 ml (⅓ c) plain yoghurt
• 30 ml (2 tablespoon) lemon juice
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped garlic
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped ginger
• 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cumin
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) ground coriander
• 2,5 ml (½ teaspoon) paprika
• salt and pepper
• 4 chicken breasts, cubed
• 25 g butter
• 2 red chillies, chopped
• 1 can (410 g) tomato purée
